Our foam analysis measuring instruments measure the foamability of liquids as well as foam stability, Foam kinetics & foam structure.

DFA100 - Dynamic Foam Analyzer - capable of genrating the foam by areation or by stirring, analysis of foamability, foam stability, drainage of liquid, liquid content hold up and foam structure can all be studied with this unit, using a samll volume of 40ml.

The measurments can be performed at room temperature or at diffrent temepratures.

Dynamic Foam Analyzer DFA100 is a unique instrument to study the foamability, foam stability/ kinetics, foam drainage and foam structure. It assists in optimization of foam forming products or in case of unwanted foam formation, helps in foam prevention. The analysis can be performed at ambient or at fixed/ with change in temperature. DFA100 is a reliable instrument for analyzing the whole spectrum from slow to very fast decaying foams. The automation program of the software provides high reproducibility & reduces user's influence on the result of the measurement to minimum.

HPFA- High Pressure Foam Analyzer is world's only instrument for simultaneously analyzing the amount & structure of liquid foams under high pressure. It is used for studying the foamability and liquid drainage properties under extreme conditions. The measuring cell works at a pressure upto 350 bar & temperatures upto 120 degree C ,thus making it possible to observe the foam behaviour under reservoir conditions. Within one & the same measurement, it also captures the change in bubble count per area & the absolute bubble size as well as its statistical distribution.
